Offer excludes flat shipping fees and shipping surcharges. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Products subject to availability. We are not able to ship to US Territories, Internationally cannot or PO Boxes at this time. You can expect delivery of most items within 5-7 business days of your order. Certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer. These deliveries will take seven to 14 days. You will be contacted once your order arrives in your local area to set up a delivery time.
ZacoreStore.com reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail or fax.
All orders purchased prior to 12:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day at the warehouse. Orders purchased after 12:00PM ET, can be processed either the same day or the following business day. If you are shipping your purchased item as a gift on the shipping and billing page, enter the address of the gift recipient in the shipping address.

ZacoreStore.com is committed to protecting your privacy. In order to complete your order or to satisfy your request for information, you will be asked to provide us with certain personal information. We offer a 1024-bit SSL encryption (HTTPS), which encrypts your personal and credit card information as it is transferred over the Internet.
We electronically verify each order with the credit company, returning an order confirmed message only if the issuing bank authorizes it. Our experienced staff then manually checks all orders which still appear unusual, canceling any order we feel is not valid.
If you are ever a victim of credit card fraud, the Fair Credit Act specifies that your credit card company can hold you liable for no more than $50 in fraudulent charges to your account. With ZacoreStore.com, you'll be reimbursed for any amount up to $50 billed to you by your credit card company for fraudulent charges to your account if the credit card number was obtained from purchases made at ZacoreStore.com while using our secure server. For this protection, you must promptly notify your credit card company of any fraudulent charges and follow the procedures for doing so as outlined in your credit card agreement.
In order to be sure that information transferred between your browser and the ZacoreStore.com server is secure, it is important to be aware of the security information available to you through your browser. Once you enter the Checkout process (when you're ready to purchase the items you have put into your shopping cart), your connection to our server becomes secure. To confirm this, look at the bottom of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser) you can be sure that your information is secure. You can also ensure security by checking the URL line of your browser. When you enter the secure area of our site, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".
In several areas of our site, we ask you to provide information by filling out and submitting an online form. These areas include: Checkout, where we ask for name, address, email, credit card and other information needed to complete your order. Email Registration, where we ask for your email address. Registration, where we give you the opportunity to store your bill-to and ship-to details (up to 99 ship-to addresses for easy online gift giving) and securely store credit card information for faster online ordering using quick checkout and the opportunity to bid in our online auctions.
Once you've registered, you may click on Account Info (at the top of any page) to edit or delete your personal information. All information relating to our customers is stored in a secure environment separate from our Website.
The information we collect is used to improve our Website, to notify consumers about updates to our Website and for special offers and promotions. Also, ZacoreStore.com may provide aggregate statistics about our online sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these general statistics will include no personally identifying information.
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as welcoming you back to our site using your name and storing items in your shopping cart between visits. You may update or change information related to your ZacoreStore.com account by accessing the Account Info section of the Website with your email account and password.
Returns & Exchanges
ZacoreStore.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product purchased online from ZacoreStore.com does not meet your expectations, you may return it with packing slip within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued to the same credit card that was used when purchasing the item.
Holiday or seasonal items will be exchanged or refunded with a Store Credit at current selling prices. Discounted and promotional items that are returned under this policy will be reduced to reflect the value or any free gift or discount received. Some products that were shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned to that manufacturer. Original shipping and handling charges or return shipping will not be refunded.
ZacoreStore.com allows gift recipients to return items they received as a gift in exchange for a Gift Certificate for the value of the item(s). Please call customer service at 1-877-357-7770. You will be asked a few questions by a call agent about the order. Afterward, they will give you instructions on how to return the item. Please do not return the item to our warehouse without calling the customer service center. This will risk forfeiture of the item. Please note that not all items are returnable.
Returned products must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions. Items with a gift receipt from the packing slip may be returned for store credit in the form of an electronic gift coupon. Returning any product to us that is not in resalable condition risks forfeiture of product. For reasons of consumer protection and health codes, certain products may not be returned.
In addition, any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use will not be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to products that:
-Are weather damaged from extended outdoor exposure
-Are not maintained per manufacturer's instructions
-Have been used commercially
-Have cut wiring or damaged components
-Have missing pieces or parts
Please follow these steps to return your purchase to us:
1. Pack your item in the original packaging
2. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories
3. Include the packing slip or gift receipt sent with shipping confirmation, we will not accept returns without a packing slip or gift receipt
4. Please put your order number with the letters RMA (ex. ORD001234-RMA) on the outside of the box. You do not need to call for an RMA number
5. Send the return back to the Returns Center Address listed on Shipping Confirmation Email
6. For proof of delivery, you must use a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
You are responsible for all shipping charges except in the case that the return is the result of our error.
ZacoreStore.com will issue a refund after we receive and process an acceptable return. For items directed to our Returns Center, it can take up to 30 days to receive a refund after you have returned the item (in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
All items are tested for fuctionality and checked for quality assurance before Iit is shipped. If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please call our Customer Service line (1-877-357-7770) to request a replacement.
ZacoreStore.com reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policies at any time.
The Gift Certificate is sent to your email address within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order. You can then forward it to the lucky recipient, who can use the code immediately to purchase merchandise at ZacoreStore.com. ZacoreStore.com does not currently sell physical gift cards.
You may visit the Gift Certificate product page and select a Gift Certificate. Choose the dollar amount you want and add it to your cart. We offer denominations of $100. Complete the normal checkout process and you're done!
Gift Certificates purchased are only redeemable at ZacoreStore.com. Once you've located the item that you want, proceed to Check Out. Enter the Gift Certificate number on the Payment Page and you're all set! Please keep in mind only one Gift Certificate can be redeemed per order. If the item is over the Gift Certificate amount, you can use any of our convenient payment methods to pay the difference.
If your order is less than my Gift Certificate amount, hang on to your Gift Certificate code. When you're ready to buy your next item you can use the remaining money on your Gift Certificate toward your purchase. Your Gift Certificate cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. You must use your Gift Certificate to purchase merchandise.
If your Gift Certificate Number is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates; however we may be able to resend the email with the Gift Certificate information to the original purchaser of the Gift Certificate. Please call 1-877-357-7770 if you lose your Gift Certificate.
